Terms and conditions of trade
The following general terms and conditions of sale relate to the discount and sale of products on the website www.jentle.dk, owned and maintained by AURA GROUP DENMARK ApS, Hvilehøjvej 25, 5220 Odense SØ, CVR no. 36453362. Requests for information must be sent to info@jentle.dk.

Jentle's webshop is open 24 hours a day. The website may be temporarily down for maintenance. You must be 18 years of age and have a valid credit card to shop on our webshop. If you are not yet 18 years of age, you can get someone 18 years of age or older to shop for you.

Shipping and delivery in Denmark

  • Jentle offers free shipping on all orders over DKK 649 with delivery to Denmark (without delivery)
  • Orders under DKK 649 are sent with the shipping price DKK 35. (without delivery)
  • Delivery to private DKK 45

All Danish orders are sent with Postnord from our warehouse in Denmark. You will receive an email with shipping information when your package is on its way.

We will process your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed at our warehouse in Denmark. However, all customers paying by credit card will be subject to validation and Jentle reserves the right to delay delivery of an order if we believe additional security checks are required. When your order has been dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with the package's tracking number.

  • Delivery with Postnord can take 1-2 working days for deliveries to Denmark.

Jentle cannot be held responsible for delays during delivery. The responsibility lies with Postnord.

ATTENTION If your order has been delivered to a parcel shop, you must remember to collect it before it is sent back. Costs associated with return shipping are paid by you and not covered by Jentle.

Cancellation of orders before shipment
Unfortunately, it is only possible to cancel your order if it has not yet been packed and shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail: info@jentle.dk

Right of cancellation 
You have a 30-day right of cancellation when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your order. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@jentle.dk and use our return portal for this purpose.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the order without notifying us at the same time. If you do this, an additional fee equivalent to 50 DKK will be charged by Postnord and will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color or style, please do so by placing a new order on our webshop. Please return the item you do not wish to keep to our warehouse. You can return via our return portal.

You must pay for the package to be returned yourself. You can use our attached return label, which costs DKK 35. Read more here.

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 working days to send your order back to us.

You are welcome to use our return portal for this purpose.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed to prevent damage during transport. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods. You are responsible for the package arriving at our warehouse.

If the goods are not received in their original condition and packaging, we will, depending on the circumstances, make a deduction in the refund corresponding to the decrease in value of the goods.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

We only receive packages that are sent directly to the above address.

We do not receive packages sent to parcel shops, drop-offs or collection points.

The condition of the goods when you send them back
If the goods have been used in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods, this may lead to a deterioration in the value of the goods. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a decrease in the value of the goods.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Return of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, we will refund your purchase amount. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you no later than 14 business days from the day we received your return shipment.

The refund will be paid to the payment card that was originally used for the purchase of your goods, unless otherwise agreed.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.

This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.

Please send us an email at info@jentle.dk with your order no. (It is typically found as part of the name on your order confirmation and starts with JNTL followed by 4 digits) as well as pictures of the item, so that we can help you as best as possible.

Often it is not necessary to send the item back - but if we ask you to send the item back, it must be sent to:

If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must make the complaint within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error.

If you are entitled to a refund, this will take place within 14 working days after we have approved the complaint. If the complaint is justified and you have sent the item back to us, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

Discount codes
Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards.

Campaigns - Free product/gift
For special campaigns where you have accepted to receive one of the items for free, the following conditions apply:

If you return one or more items and no longer meet the requirements to receive a free gift, you must always include the unused free gift with the return. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted.

We do not resend free gifts if you did not add it to your cart.

Gifts are not exchangeable - Neither for a different size nor for a different item.

Personal data policy
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with Aura Group Denmark ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

The director of Aura Group Denmark ApS as well as our Customer Service and Finance department have access to the information registered about you. The data controller at www.jentle.dk is the Director. We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.

Information submitted to www.jentle.dk is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information.

As registered with Aura Group Denmark ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be directed to Aura Group Denmark ApS via e-mail info@jentle.dk.

Credit card information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information. If you enter your e-mail address or your mobile phone number, you accept that we can contact you by email or SMS with information about your order. Note that you accept our personal data policy ("processing of your data") when you use this website, including our use of cookies.

If you have ticked the box "Keep me updated on news and exclusive offers", we process your e-mail address, telephone number and the information about your purchases with us until it is no longer relevant. In practice, this means until you make us aware that you no longer wish to receive e-mails or SMS from us.

You can always withdraw your consent. You can do this by unsubscribing from the newsletter through one of our newsletters for you and by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the received SMS. Note that e-mail and SMS must be unsubscribed individually.

Access to complaints
If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact info@jentle.dk. If we do not succeed in finding a satisfactory solution, you can, if the conditions for this are met, lodge a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Board. The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.
