Which size should I choose?
Since not all models have the same size guide, we have made it easy for you to find the right size for your purchase. On each product page you will find a unique size guide for the model in question, so you can see the measurements for the individual models and measure yourself to find the size that suits you best. We recommend always checking the size guide before placing your order to avoid mistaken purchases.
When will I receive my order?
If you order before 15:00 on a weekday, your order will be packed and dispatched the same day. You can expect to receive your package within 1-2 working days if you live in Denmark and you have chosen standard delivery. However, the delivery time may vary if you have chosen a different delivery method or if you live in an area that takes longer to deliver to.
For international orders, delivery time may also vary depending on destination. We strive to deliver your package as quickly as possible, and you can follow the status of your package by using the tracking number that we send to you by email when your order has been shipped.
How do I make a return/exchange?
We offer a 30-day right of return if you wish to return your order. You can collect a return slip and package label via our return portal here.
Please note that a return label costs DKK 45 with us, and this amount will be deducted from the final amount that you will receive back. You must fill in the return slip and put it in your return package. The package label must then be taped to the package, and you can hand in the package to your nearest post office. Please note that this only applies to orders returned within Denmark. If you want to return or exchange a package from another country, you yourself are responsible for sending the package back, and you must purchase a package label yourself.
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange for another item, we recommend that you place a new order with the desired item and return what you do not wish to keep through our return portal.
Have you received my return package?
You can follow the tracking to see if we have received your package. From the day we receive your package, it can take up to 14 business days for it to be processed, but we always do our best to handle returned packages as quickly as possible. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your return package, you are always welcome to contact our customer service and we will be happy to help.
When will I get my money back from a return package?
Once we have received your return package, it can take up to 14 working days before it is processed. You can follow your return package via its tracking number to see if we have received the package. Once your return package has been processed, you will receive an email stating that it has been approved and that your money will be refunded. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 5 working days before you can see the money in your account. We always strive to process return packages as quickly as possible, and if you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our customer service.
